A quick and easy task today. I've heard that lemon cucumbers are an easy crop to grow and very prolific, so I want to give them a try. Just to keep it simple, I'm sowing the seeds indoors in the last of the Jiffy plugs that I have on hand. Now I need to figure out where to put them--I'm running out of warm spots in the house to stash my seeds trays!
